holistic operations measures - Measures of the operational performance of an entire organization.Examples: Holistic operations measures measure the impact of actions across functional silos. The theory of constraints includes throughput-dollar-days, which measures the extent to which the organization is not doing what should be done; and inventory-dollar-days, which measure the extent to which the organization is doing things that should not be done.
